Welcome to High Point Athletics ("HPA"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our sports training camps. By using our website or registering for our camps, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Registration and Participation:

1. Eligibility: Our football training camp is open to individuals ages 14 and up of all skill levels who meet the age requirements specified for each camp session.

2. Registration: To participate in our camp, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate and complete information, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Payment: Payment for camp registration must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website.

Camp Policies:

1. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times during the camp. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow camp rules may result in removal from the camp without a refund.

2. Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines and instructions provided by camp staff. HPA is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the camp.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to HPA at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the camp session. Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy, as outlined on our website.

Intellectual Property:

1. Ownership: All content and materials provided on our website and during the camp, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and training materials, are the property of HPA or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Use of Materials: Participants may use camp materials and content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of camp materials is strictly prohibited.

 

Limitation of Liability:

HPA and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in our camp, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, or loss of profits.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold HPA and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website or participation in our camp.

Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
